I recently re-installed XP, but when scrolling in an open window with the scroll bar or mouse wheel the scroll is very jerky, also when moving a window around the desktop by grabbing the blue bar at the top, there is a delay while the window catches up. I tried updating the Motherboard drivers (MS-7012) but Microstar International don't seem to have them anymore? Any help would be much appreciated.

    See if this helps:

Right click on the desktop and select "properties".

    Select "Settings" tab.

    Select "Advanced".

    Click on the "Troubleshoot" tab.

If "Hardware acceleration" is set to max., try dropping it down a notch.

This worked for a similar problem I had. Hope it works for you.

Thanks Kight, I had to set Hardware Accelerator to "None" to cure the problem, don't know if this will affect anything else though.

You may want to see if you have the latest video drivers.

You should look on Medion's site for the drivers.
