No Taskbar

    There is no taskbar on ANY of my user accounts that have been used for over 2 days. I tried to use the taskbar options in control panel but nothing pops up, but all the other options work. the only way i can get one is to make a new user account

    Don't know what Windows version you have but if XP you might be best off doing a System Restore. Any number of problems could cause this from viral infections to registry restrictions.

    You might try running regedit and with the file tree completely closed and My Computer selected, click Edit > Find and enter:

    nosettaskbar

    Hit find next and right click on and delete any hits you get; hit f3 to continue searching.

    Follow the same procedure for:

    locktaskbar
