hey guys, i'm in a bind here. i own a creative encore pc-dvd drive and i've had this thing for quite awhile now. but the other day i found out that when i downloaded real one player, it took over my dvd playback without letting me know. so when i went to correct this, you know what hit the fan. my primary dvd playback program is intervideo windvd4. when i go to play a dvd, i get the "no valid drive/ disc found" error. when i go to play the dvd using my creative encore, it doesn't detect the drive at all! i'm at my wits end here and i really want to punish real player for what they did...but in the mean time, can anyone figure out how i can get this problem resolved? i'm using windows 98 running a pentium 3 if thats any help. oh ya, i've already uninstalled the pc=dvd player and its driver and reinstalled it as well. still nothing. thanks alot.
