nokia 5800 xpress music crashes when opening games folder

    when i go to file manager on my nokia 5800 xpress music and open the games folder on my memory card, my phone crashes.

    Strange. Could you provide more details like model no., last updated, last virus scan, etc.?
    PS- I own a 5800 XM too. Its awesome.

    It's a 5800 xm, type RM-356. It's firmware is version 40.0.005. I ran a virus scan with netquin mobile anti-virus last week and no viruses were found.

    I think you should try contacting Nokia customer care or the seller if they have provided any warranty. Also, try removing your memory card. There may be a problem with your files and you might have to erase it.
