Norton 2005 bypass

I currently have Norton Antivirus and Firewall and it has settings to block certain websites. On the upstairs one I can change it to do that but the downstairs one is set so that you can't change anything and we don't know its password. Any way to do this in some kind of hack or something to bypass the blocking of the websites?
