My two-months old copy of Norton 360 v.4 has a definitions up-date problem, using XP-3.
I've tried to do the auto-fix, but it doesn't work, although I seem to get some up-dates manually. Red symbols stay on indicating a "potential threat."

Everything else, including using the Internet, seems to work okay.

I just tried to get technical assistance from Norton, tried to use several avenues without success. At one point, I clicked on a link to re-establish my IP address, or something. Finally called tech support and described it all. The tech seemed to read from a notice about getting a system re-configuration from them for $70.

I'm not please about going in this direction, so will at least try to re-install Norton 360, I guess. Maybe I'll see if they have a v.5 I can up-grade to.
