I've got a problem. My norton antivirus 2004 always shows a message "Some files are missing ot corrupted in Norton Antivirus" when I want to download some files from outlook express email attachment. So I want to uninstall the Norton and install again...
After uninstall, I find that MS office and Acrobat Reader cannot be run. I need to install again.....
Some of my office equipments have the same problem..
can anyone give me a helping hand?
    Thx a lot....

I am using Windows 2000 with service pack 4.....

Some files necessary for Windows to function correctly are missing or corrupted. You may have placed these files in the Norton Anti-Virus Quarantine folder, which is not accessible from DOS or Windows Safe mode.

You will need to extract the original Microsoft files from their source (floppy disks or CD) and copy them to their correct location.
