I have Norton System 3.0, Norton Antivirus 6.10.21 and Norton Utilites 2000. On Friday October 12th I used Live Update (as I have for over a year) to get the lateste definitions. AFter it was complete, I shut down the computer. ON Saturday I stared up the computer. I get the following blue screen message. Fatal exception OE has occurred at 00.28: C00D1F68 in VXD NAVAP(02) + 0001982C. the only way I can get my computer to reboot is to disable the Norton Antivirus or to start it in Safe Mode. this latest version of definitions was the only thing that was different. I have since downloaded updated definitions and periodically I try to reboot with Norton Antivirus enabled, but I still get the blue screen. Any suggestions?
