Hi, Please note that this page has directions for more than one version of Windows....since you did not post what version of win or NAV you have, I have just assumed that it might be XP, 98, ME, 2000- and have searched for integrator errors, using Norton Antivirus 2003 as the base....if you do not have the 2003 version, just let me know. Symantec, maker of NAV and Utilities, has a very good support website....there is also an automated troubleshooting feature, but you have to have the affected pc online at the site, with Norton product installed to use that. It seems to be merely an corrupted install, which does happen. Your problem may be you are running some parts of another antivirus program? Two programs can be used together, but should not run at the same time....this may include background features that are not readily visible....probably best to just use one.
