while trying to install new Norton Antivirus I received the following error message. The Path c:\windows\temp\RAR\$EX01.684\support\scr block\SCR BLOCK.msi' cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find installation package 'SCR BLOCK.msi' in a folder from which you can install the product Symantec script blocking installer. I have no idea what this means? I tried going to Symantec's web site, but they said they can't find any product installed. Well no kidding, that is what I am trying to do. Can someone please help me?

Is this a full retail version or a demo? Also, did you have a previous version installed? Which version of Windows are you running, and the version of Norton that you're trying to install?
