hmmm, recently installed NAV 2003 and I keep getting this error message 3019,6. Went through and downloaded all the live updates (this is a commonly occuring problem from what I gather)
and still no help :( . Went through all the steps on

    http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nav.nsf/docid/2002080511355806?OpenDocument&src=_mi

and still same thing . When I try to run NAV I get the message :

Symantec Integrator could not initialize the current frame class.
Please make sure that you did not directly run the integrator.

I was gonna try to uninstall and re-install but it says the uninstall iss missing or had been moved or deleted.

    BAH~~

    any ideas?

thanks in advance for any replies. I am with out virus protection! ah!!!!!!

Still nothing.I uninstalled and still there is in my start up menu Norton System Works -Not NAV2003 and I can't find where to uninstall this. Bummer
    :(

When I try and reinstall the NAV2003 I keep getting that error message .and when I boot up I now got a symantec screen after the gateway screen and before the windows screen that says

    Boot from hard disk or
    Boot from removable disk

enter 1 or 2 blah blah blah

    wasn't there before.hmmm

other then that pc runs great but NO anti-virus! gotta get that fixed soon....

    any thoughts ???????

    Try this:

    Go into options for Norton:
Go under miscelaneous (however its spelled)
    Uncheck office plugin.
    Ok
    Restart
See if it reoccurs. This appears to be a problem with the way nav is hooking into your MS office. Could be something wrong with Office at least from what you have already tried and what the document for this issue reads.
