Hi There, this problem just started yesterday. I've tried running AVG Anti Spyware, Prevx, and Spyware Blaster, but none of them find there to be anything amiss with the VirtualDNS.dll file. Norton shows an error message that says access to file is denied and file cannont be deleted.

Curiously, I downloaded an automatic update from MS a few minutes ago and rebooted, and I haven't seen the Norton window again (knocking on wood) but I want to post a HJT file anyway just to be sure.

What other information should I be giving you?
