I set up Norton Identity Safe during the free trial period of Norton Security when I got my PC. When the trial subscription ended, I switched to the Norton Security which comes free with my Comcast internet account. I chose an option to save my previous Norton security settings, including my Identity Safe password. But now Identity Safe says my password is incorrect. It gives me the proper hint so I know it picked up my saved settings.

you may find more help at Norton's forum here:
    http://community.norton.com/

Michael York is a Symantec person who shows up in this forum, but I haven't seen him lately.

Thanks. I eventually stumbled on Norton instructions to reset a "forgotten" password. Resetting meant I lost all of my saved logins, but that was no big deal. What was annoying was not being able to get the pop-up to stop appearing when it wouldn't recognize the password. I was actually searching for instructions to remove or disable it when I found the reset option.
