Norton Installation trouble

    :confused:
    New here and need help installing Norton 2002. I keep getting
    this error message when I try to install Norton AntiVirus.

    Internal Error 2737 ScanMemOn9X,
    C:\WINDONS\TEMP\MS14043.TMP,[email protected]

    Well Symantec. can't find this virus. Where do I go from here?

    You mean you ran the Nimda removal tool, and it turned op nothing?
    Symantec mentions it could possibly also be another virus.

    Have your computer scanned on line at <A HREF="http://housecall.antivirus.com/">Trend Micro HouseCall </A>

    If you come out clean, go back to the article. Symantec says: 'If the computer is not infected, then run the Microsoft Windows Installer to roll back the failed installation. If the roll back fails, then reinstall the Microsoft Windows Installer, and then reinstall NAV.

    I suggest you try that, in that order.
