I currently have the Norton product installed on my system. The subscription will run out in about a week. Time Warner offeres the EZ Armour suite at no charge for customers. Is there any major technical or quality reasons to not switch to the EZ Armour?

Also, if I do switch, are there any suggestions for fully removing the Norton Product? I have heard that this can be somewhat difficult.

    Thanks

    Hi,
When running the Norton removal tool, it is encountering an error each time it reaches the removing norton Ghost. I have rebooted a few times trying again, but can get no further. I have also tried removal from the control panel. Any suggestions for next steps?

additionally, I have restored my system back prior to the attempted removal of norton as I was left at a point where their was no protection at all. norton seems to do a fine job of keeping you from removing their product!!!
