I have NPF 2002 installed. When I try to open NPF from my desk top, nothing happens. I have tried to uninstall it, but keep getting a message that I need a security supervisor to authorize the uninstallation. I have tried the the tutorials, but couldn't figure it out. I need to uninstall Npf because I believe it is causing to not be able to access secure portions of web sites and giving me DNS errors messages. Any help would be appreciated.

Just a thought, are you sure norton is the problem? Were you able to get onto secure sites before? Many secure site now require 128 bit encryption to log on. The default for IE is 64 bit I believe. To find out what you have, open IE, go to help and at the bottom is About IE. Open that and it will tell you your encryption. You can upgrade here,

    Good Luck
