Nortons found over 50 threats in my friend's system
    All came up Adware-related
She goes to delete them but it says click for more info first before deleting
Can she safely delete them with no problem?

Some are found in windows/system32xyisxg <---??

Hi, To be sure, your friend needs to post a Hijackthis log that will help show us what is running, what is bad, etc.
There is nothing hard about doing a Hijackthis log:

They should create a new Folder somewhere in a permanent location, an example would be inside the My Documents folder itself> not the temp folders...
Or, right on the desktop> right click an empty spot of the desktop background, select New>Folder and rename it...to HJT or something creative. Download

    http://spywarewarrior.com/files/HijackThis.exe

To that HJT folder....and run it from there. When the program comes up, it will scan for a minute, and the Scan button will become Save Log> save the log as hijackthis.txt which opens with Notepad, they then copy and paste the entire log into a New Thread---unless you post the logfile for them, if so you can post it right here as a Reply, no need for them to start a new thread then... Might be a good idea to have them Register and then they can do the work themselves? That is up to you and they...
