Hello. My boyfriend just called me because he's having computer problems. He just resubscribed to Norton to receive the latest updates on his Toshiba laptop with a Windows XP Home OS. For some reason, his computer won't boot now - it has given him the option of booting in Safe or Normal mode. He's tried both but he's stuck in some sort of boot loop and can't get to the desktop.

    Any thoughts?

Go to Norton's website and search for the answer. That is all the help you will get from Norton unless you want to pay about $3 per minute on the phone.
