Norton Warning Says Virus Protection Is Off

    I keep getting a pop up screen from Symantec that says warning Virus protection is turned off. I click ok and it pops up every 5-10 seconds.

    I open the Norton Options and everything appears to be on. However in the Windows Security it says Anitvirus is turned off
