nortons virus a0026609.cpy virus name W95.CIH help!

    I scan and update with Nortons all the time. I just recently have been told I have a a0026609.cpy virus name W95.CIH - I tried to delete it - no luck - tried to quarantine it - still no luck. I tried to search for it to delete it.... nope! Please help, dont know what to do :confused: and I dont want it mess up my computer! :eek:

    I did that and this is the message I got "The W95.CIH virus was not found in memory - however when I ran Nortons again it found it...... :confused:

    Try running it from Safemode, which version of Windows are you running?
