    Reboot into safe mode again and open windows explorer, find then delete:

    C:\Program Files\winbas12.exe

    Also are you aware of the illegal software you have running there (Kazaa-lite) which is a major source of problems due to its downloading suspect files..

    thank you, i know about kazaa and it's reputation but i havent gotten too messed up... yet?

    curious about those few lines in 09 that said files missing? Should i remove them then?

    No they are ok. Its how the latest version of hijack shows em and nothing to worry about.
