Hi there,
I’ve had this computer for a month, purchased new, and use it for work-nothing but word docs, emails etc. I was on word and it went black.

I restart and here’s what happens with all options:

Choose an option:
1. Troubleshoot
2. Turn off PC.

I troubleshoot, now two more options.

1. RECOVERY MANAGER gives me two options under maintenance- run computer checkup or contact support. Computer checkup prompts me to open command prompt. I try some googled commands and fail.
2. ADVANCED
System Restore: “to use system restore you must specify which Windows installation to restore”

System Image Recovery: “an internal error occurred. The following information might help you resolve-
Status_wait_2 (0x80070002)

Startup Repair “startup repair couldn’t repair your pc” option to shut down or go back to advanced options

UEFI firmware settings restart and command promopt available.

I’d like to try all steps before resetting to factory.

Thank you so much
Gina
