Not A Valid Win32 Application/format

    hello all,
    i am trying to format my laptop but i cant because the cd cannot be recognized and every time that i am trying to format it says not a valid win 32 application or ERROR 7 OR ERROR 37458 OCCURRED.
    Why is that and how can i resolve the problem?
