was it supplied by your office to work from home, or is it a personal computer that has been given the okay to be used to work from home by the main office?

where you see drives 1.2.3.4

do you see your hard drive listed on one of them

if not check the data cable is secure

try a new data cable

if it is listed run the makers diagnostic on the drive
