    It has been my expectation that we will see a further drop in prices, possibly as much as 15% in the worst markets, before it is all said and done. I think the shadow inventory will play a big part of this, as well as the industry having to deal with all their illegality, finally.

    I would hate to be a contractor today trying to sell new homes with all these foreclosures on the market. Lot of contractors in this area are not even thinking about building new homes, but are picking up the slack with home renovations from people purchasing repo's.
