Not really a problem, but an annoyance

I know this probably doesn't belong here, but I have a game called "The Black Mirror." THe is a puzzle in the game, and I'm having serious trouble with it. I've been working on this puzzle for days, and I can't solve it.
The puzzle is a sliding tile puzzle, consisting of 11 tiles with a 12th space empty, you can move one tile at a time to the blank space. The tiles need to be arranged in a certain order. If anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it. I can get a screenshot of the positions the tiles are in, and another with the position the tiles are supposed to be in to solve the puzzle, and it someone can walk me through solving it, I'd be eternally grateful...
    Thanks for any replies!
