Not receiving emails from a specific service to Myway email

Hi! I have a mailbox at myway.com. It works great, but for some reason, I do not receive emails from my local petition signing service. All other emails come as usual. Black list and junk folders are empty. Also, those emails used to come normally before, but suddenly stopped. The service says an email has been sent, but the inbox is empty. What can I do?

If this service sends out multiple e-mails, they could have been flagged inadvertently as spam by some blocking application. Have you contacted them to see if they have received any bounce-back messages? If you can ascertain the IP address or the domain name from the service sending the e-mails, I would suggest going to mxtoolbox and then checking to see if they've been black-listed by anyone.

Easiest solution: give the petition signing service a different email address.
