I use Windows 98 SE. Everytime I go to shut down I go to start, click on shut down, then make sure that the shut down option is checked. Then I click ok. It goes to shut down, but then it reboots!

I swear I did not do anything werid with my computer. And my mouse just zooms across the screen. It really freaks me out.

    Soooo any suggestions?
