I downloaded a radio program into Jukebox MusicMatch. When I clicked on the jukebox icon which I had put on my desktop, it started moving and showed that I had downloaded 59 minutes, which was correct, so I assume I really had downloaded the program. But, there was no sound. (The program I use to download streaming audio is Dak Wave MP3 Editor Pro.) I do this regularly and it works, but not this time. Can you help?
