I am running nt 4.0 sp6 and am very pleased with the overall performance.

The problem that I have occures when I re-start the computer.
I receive a message that says: The Clipbook Service is unavailable or failed to start.

When I try to close the viewer I get a Dr Watson: an application error has occured and a log is being generated

    Violation (0xc0000005)

    Address 0x01301131

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Go to start> Settings> CP> Services and just disable that service on startup. Since i dont know what it does, it is probably nothign windows specific.
also, check the event viewer to see if there are other services or divices that are affected by this service's failure.
