NT4.0 Blue Screen

    We use Windows NT Terminal Server 4.0 at our organization and the server blue screen'd with this error: something like...

    0x000000DE (0x0... 0x80759c88, 0x0e3342c14,0x14ec5921)
    Stop: Pool_Corruption_in_file_ARCA
    CPUID:Genuine Intel 6.3.4 irql:le sysver 0xf0000565

    I know a lot of that most of that is in code, but just in case you have seen an error similar to that one.. Well i know you guys are good, so when you get the chance please let me know!!

    yes,
    we did install the latest service pack for the terminal server. i think it was sp6a...

    Are you running Citrix on TSE, as the error may be caused by it. If so I would check with them.

    we are not running citrix either, and i went to MS knowledge base and can't find anything, i was just hoping that some came across this...anyway thanks for your help..

    Have you tied running DRWATSON?

    It may capture more details to work with.
