Every time I do a virus scan I get the same 3 information messages
    windows\system32\user32.dll change changed
    " " shell32.dll change changed
    " " ntoskml.exe change changed
what does this mean?there are no errors but each time I scan I get this in the result log.

Don't know which AV scanner you're using, but here's an explanation from Grisoft's AVG:

    dll's changed
