ntvdm.exe errors

    I upgraded to 2000 pro from 98se and i have had problems playing some of my games now it gives me the ntvdm.exe has generated.... i need to find out how to solve this it is causing havock on my computer thanks for everyghing daylan

    Ok - I don't want to seem like a complete ditz, but I have to ask this question. I was reading the links given above and one of the instructions says to "1. Open a CMD.exe prompt". How does one do that?
