Does this card support dual monitors? I found someone selling it. He says it has nView, Power DVD, TV-out, D-sub, DVI but ive seen somewhere on the internet that some cards may have the 2 ports, but dont support dual monitors. Is this the case for this card?

If the card has two outputs then it should support two monitors, haven't seen any cards with two outputs that didn't.

is this card any good? I know its not top of the line, but will it do for minimum gaming? Also having a lot of programs open like photoshop, flash, and things like that.

Not really good for gaming. Video cards don't make any difference to how many programs you have open, and there's little difference in quality for Flash and Photoshop.

But the FX5200 is the bottom of the barrel for DirectX 9 cards, I wouldn't want to use for gaming. Hence the reason why it can be bought for $30 brand new.
