Purchased the above video card some time ago and it worked fine for a year or so. I've had to reformat my hard drive due to a virus but have lost the drivers to reinstall this video card. I need help for a game to play properly with 3-D graphics. Going to Nvidia site helps little as they ask for the ident. #s with the now disposed of original box.

Not positive about this, but using Everest Home Edition, a free software download utility, (http://www.lavalys.com/products/overview.php?pid=1&lang=en) should come up with the needed product I.D. for your installed video card. Look on the left hand menu, > "devices"

Someone else want to concur with me on this?

I don't think so. The FX line was Geforce 5 so unless it is a "partner" card with a weird numbering scheme the card number has to start with a 5.
