    Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of buying a mid-range laptop. The only difference between two ASUS Laptops is a GT310M or GT320M? What should I get? While the GT310M only uses 512MB integrated graphics, compared to a 1GB of GT320M, it would mean I would have more RAM. Is there much improvement? I want to play some video games, but I am not a huge gamer and don't care of ultra high graphics.

What is more important? More RAM or more graphics memory?

Neither really. With the 320M you can set the amount of RAM allocated to it to anything between 32 M or some other tiny amount and 1 GB. That is, if it doesn't have dedicated graphics memory for it, so that you actually don't use any RAM for it.

Anyways. If the one with GT320M isn't a lot more expensive (say, over $30-50), get that one. It's going to be better in games because of the better graphics adapter. (not because it uses more graphics memory, but is more powerful in other ways)
