User A on the network got an email from User B on the network and that email went straight into the Junk Mail folder. I had User A check the Junk Mail settings in O2K and nothing there really clicked as to why this would have happened. This is the first time an email from User B has ever gone into the Junk Mail folder. It was a forwarded email so I'm wondering if perhaps it had something to do with content. It wasn't sexually eplicit and didn't have any images in it, so perhaps something else triggered it? Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.

Don't worry about this one. I couldn't determine if it was a single word that flagged this email or something else. Since it's one email out of a hundred that was sent to the junk mail folder I'm letting it slide and moving on to other things.
