When in an email with a link to the WWW, I cannot get out, the only thing that
transpires is a blank window opens, with no address in place or anything within the
body. Need some help, I like to think that it is in some kind of setting that most likely
has to be reset ? Outlook Express 6 Program being used..

    Thanks,

    Billjh

    Open up Internet Explorer
    click on tools, internet options
    click on Programs tab
(at bottom) make sure there is a check mark beside " Internet Explorer should check to see....... "
    apply settings
    click OK
close out all IE / OE windows / programs
    try the link again

    good luck

Swiper: What I did was uncheck, then, checked it. IT worked. Thanks
