I know that I imported my email addresses from outlook express to outlook in Office XP 2002 Pro. I opened Outlook went to File/import and export. This opens the import and export wizard. Choose "Import internet mail and addresses" this opens the "Outlook import tool". Now in mine it has Outlook Express listed in the import tool I chose that and it imported all my addresses and mail to Outlook. Yours being on a different drive I'm not sure if that will be the same.

If that doesn't work you should be able to choose "export to a file" and go from there and choose to export to floppy or whatever and then import to Outlook from the floppy.
