    Hi all

I have a user who has Win XP Sp1 on a domain.

If he double clicks any office document or Adobe document, it takes about 30 seconds to open. If he opens Adobe or Office and does "File>open" it opens straight away.

While waiting for the docs to open I checked task manager>>>nothing happening?!

    Ran Sybot, nothing found.

    Any suggestions?

If I open Word, Excell, PP or Adobe, it opens straight away. File>open also opens straight away. BUT, if I dbl click a document, it takes 30 seconds to open.

    The pc has 512MG ram.

    Nothing in startup!

    weird?
