    I'm a business customer with Office 2010

I have a problem with Access that I cannot sort and I cannot find anyone else that can. I really need an engineer at Microsoft to resolve it.

How do I contact them about this? Is there a specific number? As I've found calling MS to be nightmare in the past being passed from person to person :(

What would be the currect support number (UK)? Also, how much would this cost? And, would there be a private company who would be as good as MS?

    Thanks for any help.

You can always contact Microsoft support using / creating a live ID, I don't know the prices but that you can ask there too.
