Hi, I have XP Pro and Office XP. I want to use the "text to speech" feature that supposedly will speak what I am typing. I do not want the "speech recognition" which is the reverse. I can activate it in Excel but I don't want that, I want it for when I use Word. But the toolbar for "text to speech" isn't there like it is in Excel. I'm so confused! Any ideas?

Anyway! Technet Article Q287120 explains that this option is available only in Excel. To view it, go to http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?pr=kbinfo&

scroll down and enter the Q number into the box next to the green arrow.

    Sorry if it's bad news!
