    Official Ubuntu CD Download Mirrors.

These mirrors offer ISO images which you can download and burn to CD to make installation disks or Live CDs.

Both kubuntu and ubuntu 10.04 were released earlier today. Choose a mirror near you.

    Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Release Notes.

Note: These release notes document known issues with Ubuntu 10.04 LTS and its variants.

Reference: Ubuntu 10.04 released, with the window buttons ON THE LEFT.

A script to improve the out-of-the-box experience. Very recommended. (now with a fix for Shuttleworth's un-democratic window buttons)

What to do After a Fresh Ubuntu Install.

Xubuntu 10.04 was also released today, as well.

The servers are under an extremely heavy load, so it helps if everyone uses the .torrents instead. By using BitTorrent, not only do you relieve the weight that the official servers must bear, but you also contribute in your own way back to the community by offering your own upload bandwidth.
