I currently have offline files configured at my office and i'm running into some problems. First of all, I get the "You are working offline" message on a regular basis. It happens maybe 2-3 times per hour. About half the time when I go to my network shares(even shares that aren't configured for offline files) there are no files there. I have to right click > synchronize on the little file sync icon in the task bar and then all of the files magically appear. Does anyone know what's going on? This happens for all users on a regular basis. Please help.
