is there a way to transfer a whole website (burn it to cd). So the kid can use a entire website, on a computer that is not hooked up to the internet?

Any Ideas?

You can use programs to copy websites, such as this freely downloadable one at HERE

Beware when downloading entire sites. Some programs can go through every link .. that also goes to other linked websites and so on, so be carefull when choosing page depth.

Hope that helps. :)
