    Hi Guys,

I have just got Microsoft Office Accounting and it looks fab. I've use quickbooks, MYOB, sage and had a go at most other accounts software. MOA is the most intuative I've found and will probably become the insuatry standard just as MS Word is. MS are actaully giving the expresss version away for Free by download form thier site ! but I'm using the Pro version £149.00 ( cheap) with Outlook intergration , and I have a question of anyone who has used it.

We have Reps all round the Country, and they call on customers and take orders for products. Does anyone know how a Rep can take an order and send the order back to the office electronically (email, vpn, or anything) so it doesnt have to be re inputted one product at a time all over again.

idealy I'd love to have an ordering pane on a PDA or laptop, and the order is sent back as an email or something, and we can import the orders staight into MOA.

This is a real problem for us and the only way we can do it at the moment is to fax back a paper copy and someone in the office enter it in one at a time all over again.

MOA uses sql, access, excel, as its platform so if anyone is interested in writing something please let me know.
