oh dear

    my dell insperon 1545 has a frozon screen. while i was browsing the internet i moved my laptopand banged it. not hard knocked it with my elbow, itthen just froze on the web page i was on and nothing else happens i can turn it on and off but it just keeps comming back on on the page i was on frozen nothing help

    Tried removing the battery and disconnecting the power?

    maybe it in the monitor sso try hooking it up to another monitor

    tried removing battry, still no joy

    If you unplugged it and took the battery out, then there's no way it can display the same web page when you turn it back on. The memory is cleared. Do it again, wait a few minutes, then leave the battery out, plug it in, and turn it on.

    That was my point. I should have said "at the same time!"
