Ok...i delete more than 4 registry keys...i though it will be ok for me and then it is from bad to worse...
i deleted from [Registry Editor -> HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> and then Delete more than 4 keys inside]

when i finish Deleting some of the registry keys...then i go to [Start -> All Programs], i saw all my shortcut icons has became unknown icons, then when i press a program, it says...

    Window cannot open this file
    File: [any programs]

what do you want to do?
There 2 option and then when i press ok...
First option...the browser can't be open.
Second option...the program lists ARE NOTHING INSIDE!

Run Command - When i press [Start -> Run -> explorer.exe -> OK ], it will say the window cannot open this file AGAIN...

System Restore - After the deleting and found all the solutions, i go..[Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore], It also say Window Cannot Open This File...After i do all the solutions and reboot the computer... In the Desktop, there nothing and i can't open the explorer.exe...

Anyone can help? if not i must asks the Professional to fix my computer..it will also costs me some money but i want to do it by myself!!! >.<

    I don't Know which Primary Tags i must press : P sorry

Go to Control Panel > User Accounts and make a new account. The new one should be good. Then migrate documents and photos first to Users\Public and then, sign in as new user and copy files from there to proper destination

If you have made a export of the HKEY_CURRENT_USER key, then you type "reg restore hkcu <yourSavedRegistryFileName>" this will specifically restore the contents of your exported keys to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER branch. If you did not make an export from HKEY_CURRENT_USER, then it might corrupt the entire registry. Anyways, you need to specify the file name of the exported registry, which if you didn't make one, the command is useless.

Are you able to boot to safe mode? Because if so you may be able to do a system restore in safe mode. Note that a system restore done in safe mode cannot be undone. But if it works it should restore the registry entries.

I didn't ask you to go to a command prompt (yet) I asked if you can boot the computer to safe mode.

Try system restore to a date before this happened from safe mode.

If you go to the command prompt and type rstrui.exe it should open the system restore wizard. See if you can restore the system from there.
