I ran spybot to be on the save side and I got 2 hits.

    Avenue A.inc
    Effective Band toolbar

    So I removed both.

But AVG is saying I got 2 hits.

    C:\Windows\system\nnbkdaa.DLl

    Trojen hore startpage 19.AN

    And

    C:\\windows\Wun.INI

    Trojen hore downloader.Agent 9 BE

Anyways I think I got the spelling right. So do I delete it or put in the vault or heal it? And in what order should I remove it?

And should I deal with this problem or the other one?

    * Click here to download HJTsetup.exe.
    Save HJTsetup.exe to your desktop.

Double click on the HJTsetup.exe icon on your desktop.
By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Hijack This.
Continue to click Next in the setup dialogue boxes until you get to the Select Addition Tasks dialogue.
Put a check by Create a desktop icon then click Next again.
Continue to follow the rest of the prompts from there.
At the final dialogue box click Finish and it will launch Hijack This.
Click on the Do a system scan and save a log file button. It will scan and then ask you to save the log.
Click Save to save the log file and then the log will open in notepad.
Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
Come back here to this thread and Paste the log in your next reply.
DO NOT have Hijack This fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

    * Click here to download CW-Shredder.

    * Click here to download SpSeHjfix.

    Save it to the desktop.
Right click a blank part of desktop & select new folder, call it spfix.
Unzip the file into that folder.

Disconnect from the net and Close ALL OPEN PROGRAMS.
Run 'SpSeHjfix'. and click on "Start Disinfection".
When it's finished it will reboot your machine to finish the cleaning process.
The tool creates a log of the fix which will appear in the folder.

If it doesn't find any of the SE files or any hidden reinstallers it will say system clean and not go on to next stage

Now run the Shredder - Hit The FIX button!

Reboot and post a fresh Hijack This log and the log that was created by 'SpSeHjfix'.

Note: On a few occasions it has been reported that after using the SPSEHjfix you cannot open Internet Explorer. To fix this, go into Control Panel>Internet Options>Programs & press Reset Web Settings, then you can set your home page to what you want on the General tab.

    Run ActiveScan online virus scan:
    http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan.htm

Once you are on the Panda site click the Scan your PC button.
A new window will open...click the Check Now button.
    Enter your Country.
    Enter your State/Province.
Enter your e-mail address and click send.
Select either Home User or Company.
Click the big Scan Now button.
If it wants to install an ActiveX component allow it.
It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It may take a couple of minutes)
When download is complete, click on My Computer to start the scan.
When the scan completes, if anything malicious is detected, click the See Report button, then Save Report and save it to a convenient location.
Post the contents of the ActiveScan report along with a new Hijack This log.

First I don't think it did any thing other than made a log file.I don't think the program ran other than made log file.

No message to re-start or has done this.Should I re-start the computer or do it in save mode?

I keep getting the AVG message .

    C:\Windows\system\nnbkdaa.DLl

    Trojen hore startpage 19.AN

    And

    C:\\windows\Wun.INI

    Trojen hore downloader.Agent 9 BE

But I don't know what to do with the AVG message .Should I delate it or heal it.

I keep getting this message when I do any thing on the computer.
    C:\Windows\system\nnbkdaa.DLl

    Trojen hore startpage 19.AN

So should I run it in save mode or download it again and run it?May be I got bad copy.

And about CW-Shredder I have not run it nor what to do with it.

Okay I will run it again!! But do I re-start the computer like when I run it do I re-start the computer or does the program re-start the computer.

And how do I know if its working or if it is done the program.

I'm scared when I re-start the computer the trojen will put all that bad stuff back.

Should I run adware and spybot again?
