Hi Catma, and welcome to TSG.

There is no guarantee that I will have a solution, but it might help somebody here to help you if you can give us some more details.

    1) Are you using a web browser Llike Internet Explorer or Google Chrome to access an e-mail web site like Gmail or Hotmail or are you using e-mail software like Windows Live Mail, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc. to connect to a mail server?

    2) If you are using a web browser interface, exactly what web browser are you using and what e-mail site are you using?

    3) If you are using e-mail software, exactly what software are you using? What mail service are you using and is it POP3 or IMAP service for incoming messages?

    4) What operating system are you running on your computer?

    5) Are you not given the option to delete emails or are messages not being deleted when you go through the steps to delete them. Are you having the problem with incoming and/or sent messages?
